Fair Housing
Equal Housing Opportunity
Kritt Real Estate fully supports the principles of the federal Fair Housing Act and complies with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We serve every client with the same standard of care, no exceptions.
The Federal Fair Housing Act
It is illegal to discriminate against any person in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing because of:
Race or color
National origin
Religion
Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
Familial status (families with children under 18, pregnant individuals)
Disability
These protections are enforced under the federal Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended) and the Texas Fair Housing Act (Texas Property Code, Chapter 301).
Our REALTOR® Pledge
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, I am bound by Article 10 of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which prohibits discrimination and requires equal professional service to all clients regardless of protected status.
In practice, this means a single standard: every buyer is shown the same homes their search criteria match, every seller is given the same marketing effort, and every offer is presented to my client with the same diligence. Your treatment doesn’t depend on who you are.
Fair housing is the law. It’s also the right way to do business.
