Jeremy was a real life saver. I had no idea where to go or who to trust when I saw Jeremy was a fiduciary on his website. I trusted he would honor his legal fiduciary obligation and I am so happy I did. Jeremy was awesome. We were in contact for almost a year(?) before signing an agreement because of a tenant's lease situation caused by a terrible rental property manager. He helped with communication with the property manager (which was a nightmare) and really took control of the chaos as soon as we signed an agreement. I can't overstress how beneficial his understanding of the real estate market was. During our sales period San Antonio made the news as the number 2 city in the US for stale listings. We sold our property in about a month start to finish. It was incredible and I can't be more thankful. Jeremy was in daily communication with me, be it phone calls, video, or texts, even when there was no news – just to let me know we were still on schedule. Who does that? I was so appreciative. More than five stars if it was allowed! Lock into an agreement with Kritt Real Estate if you get the chance. I'm trying to get him to help me with another property several counties away. Please Jeremy – I know I'm not going to find anyone better or as good

After my brother passed away and we were going through probate, we received several letters from folks interested in buying his house. Most of the letters followed with persistent phone calls. Not Jeremy Kritt. He sent the initial letter stating that he was here to help if needed and referred us to his website. After reviewing the website, we decided to reach out through that website. It was no time until we heard from Jeremy by phone asking if we would like to meet via Zoom so he could introduce himself. We accepted the zoom meeting and not only did Jeremy introduce himself but he spent over and hour going through the process and discussing various selling strategies for us to entertain…….The rest is history. The home went on the market 10/17/25 and after 25+ showings in less than 4 days, we had a cash offer on 10/21/25 and closed on 10/30/2025. My husband and I were hands down totally satisfied with how Jeremy handled the process and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of help.This was the 1st time we have every had to go through probate and was overwhelmed with it. Jeremy made this portion of the process stress free….. few key notes on why below. a.) great personality ,felt he was really down to earth and really cared about helping b.) thoroughly explained the process and covered different selling strategies he could offer c.) was in constant contact not only during the process but followed up after to make sure we were ok with everything and offered his help in the future if we needed anything. We hope this helps someone that is in a similar situation and looking for assistance. During this review, if you noticed I kept referring to Jeremy not Kritt Real Estate….it is because we truly feel we have gained a friend….we are a long way from Texas (in Florida) and most all of this was handled remotely. After my mother passed away, and I was named executor of her estate, I had the daunting task of selling her home of 55 years. Having an agent who was responsive was extremely important to me. I got Jeremy's letter in the mail which intrigued me. I felt like he was a real person who had a lot of knowledge about Probate and selling a home. After our first meeting, I was impressed with his high energy, knowledge, and passion for helping person's in my position sell their parent's home. His initial presentation of his plan and the pricing and selling. further demonstrated his experience and knowledge of real estate and the current market. During the selling process, Jeremy was indeed responsive and communicative. I never had to guess what was going on behind the scenes or what would happen next. It was a relief to know he had things under control. I would ask him, "Is this something I need to do?" and he responded "no I got this, I just wanted you to know." We received an offer in the first 8 days. During the negotiations with a prospective buyer, Jeremy's knowledge of the market, along with his savvy recommendations, gave me confidence that we were giving an acceptable counter offer. Including negotiations & inspections and waiting for Closing, the whole process took 39 days, Listing to Closing. Any time I had a question, he was quick to respond and follow up. The final result was a success sale and at a good price. I couldn't be happier.

In January of 2024 I was made the executor of an estate which included a home in Austin. Although I am a Texas licensed broker I lived 100 miles away and needed help from someone who knew the Austin market. I interviewed a few people who supposedly knew how to handle estate-type transactions but Jeremy was "head and shoulders" above the others. He patiently stayed in contact with me through a complicated probate process. When the time came to list the house with him he gave excellent advice on timing the market. Then he did a smooth and professional job of handling all of the paperwork on the listing and the contract. I can't thank him enough for the good result we had.

I had my brother’s estate dropped in my lap with his sudden demise. I live out of state and had to deal with a messy situation with no will. He had 2 houses and a small business and left a mess. Spending hours on google Jeremy’s testimonials stood out. I read concern, caring, and very helpful into them. My gut told me he seemed worth a shot. Trust me when I say this, if you need a real estate agent for a probate situation I don’t feel you will do better. Jeremy was there and was a partner in clearing up all the problems that came up and believe me, there were issues! He was in continual contact as we worked through the process. He steered me to a company to clean up the house and liquidate vehicles that was equally concerned. As we concluded, I looked at Jeremy not only as a partner but as a friend. Jeremy crushed it for us. Dealing with an estate for the first time and had no idea what I was doing. Jeremy came from Austin and met me in San Antonio and had a game plan for me. He executed the plan and exceeded our expectations. The sale price was significantly higher than we had expected, and was completed way sooner than we anticipated. Would 100% recommend Jeremy and would definitely use again. Actually recommended him to my father in law who’s also in San Antonio and he had the same great experience.

Jeremy Kritt with Kritt Real Estate has been a phenomenal agent to me! He was always professional and helpful through the entire process. I first came to Jeremy to see about beginning the home buying process. After looking through everything and considering all elements that go into making the decision, I came to the conclusion that it just wasn’t yet the right time for me to buy a home. With that being said, Jeremy was a huge advocate during the whole process and really helped make sure I was making the best and most responsible decision for myself – no pressure tactics at all. I really felt like he was in my corner and he gave me great advice and guidance through it all. After making the decision to hold off on the home buying process for now, I then used Jeremy to help me find a home to rent (since I still needed to find a place to live). He was quick with finding me options, all of which fit the criteria I set out for him. Since he made the process so easy, it didn’t take me long to find the place I want to rent and we quickly finalized on the property I wanted. I can’t recommend Jeremy Kritt enough to be your real estate agent!

I was managing the sale of a property in Texas from Michigan, and working with Jeremy Kritt was truly outstanding. From the beginning, he was exceptionally reliable and trustworthy — qualities that gave me total confidence despite not being local. He handled everything: prepping the property, managing showings, check the mail, navigating negotiations, and overseeing the closing. I never had to travel or stress about the details. I was also very pleased with the final result of the sale. What really stood out, though, was Jeremy’s continued support even after closing. There were a couple of loose ends that needed attention, and he was still just as responsive and helpful as he was during the transaction. That level of service and care is rare, and it showed me how committed he is to his clients from start to finish—and even beyond. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
